The Aims of the Masters Programme

The programme aims to open up the possibility of research at Masters level to all Steiner Waldorf educators, in the belief that their personal practice and place of work will benefit from such a programme of study. This flexible programme with a wide range of components will allow students to meet their own particular requirements in terms of content, sequence, and time. It will ground participants’ study in personal, professional and academic practice, and will enhance the quality of participants’ practice through encouraging critical enquiry and innovative and imaginative thinking. The programme will create a supportive, international environment appropriate to postgraduate study, permeated by innovative teaching and relevant staff research and staff development.
